Section 1 of 2 Privacy Policy
TechySales is a business-to-business (B2B) sales operations firm. Everything we do — from the data we source to the outreach we execute — is oriented around commercial entities, not individual consumers. The following policy explains precisely what data we handle, where it comes from, and how we protect it.
1. Overview
TechySales, LLC ("TechySales," "we," "us," or "our") operates exclusively in the B2B context. We build and execute outbound sales pipelines on behalf of data providers, analytics vendors, identity verification firms, and AI/ML companies. The people whose contact information flows through our systems are professionals acting in their business capacity — executives, sales leaders, revenue operations teams, and procurement decision-makers at commercial organizations.
Because we operate entirely in the B2B space, our primary data activities fall under commercial-entity treatment rather than consumer-facing regulation. That said, TechySales voluntarily applies the same rigor as consumer-privacy frameworks — including CCPA/CPRA, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA — to every record we touch. This is not performative compliance: it protects our clients' reputations, maintains our deliverability infrastructure, and reflects our operating standard under the guidance of data-focused legal counsel.
2. Information We Collect
We collect and process two categories of data:
Business contact and firmographic data. This includes: professional name, job title, seniority level, company name, corporate email address, direct-dial and mobile phone number, LinkedIn profile URL (where publicly listed), physical office address, industry vertical, company headcount band, estimated annual revenue, technology stack indicators, and recent buying signals. All fields are business-context attributes — not consumer lifestyle or household data.
Website usage data. When you visit techysales.com, our analytics provider (Plausible Analytics) collects aggregate, cookieless page-view data: referring source, page path, country-level geography, device class, and browser type. Plausible does not fingerprint individual users, does not set cookies, and is fully GDPR-compliant. No personal identifiers are tied to your browsing session on our site.
Contact form submissions. When a prospective client submits our contact form, we collect the name, business email, company, and message provided. This data is processed by Web3Forms and routed into our CRM for follow-up. You are always initiating this exchange voluntarily.
3. How We Use Information
TechySales uses business contact data for the following purposes — and only these purposes:
- Lead pipeline operations: identifying and ranking decision-makers who match a client's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), executing multi-channel outreach campaigns, and routing warm responses to client CRM systems.
- Verification and scoring: validating email deliverability, confirming phone carrier and line type, and applying our proprietary AI scoring model (0–100) to prioritize outreach sequencing.
- CRM delivery: transferring qualified, scored, and verified contact records to client sales platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, and others) under each client's data processing agreement.
- Service improvement: analyzing campaign performance metrics — open rates, reply rates, conversion rates — to refine our pipeline methodology. This analysis uses aggregated data; we do not profile individuals across unrelated campaigns.
- Compliance management: maintaining suppression lists, honoring opt-outs, and logging consent and unsubscribe events in accordance with CAN-SPAM and TCPA requirements.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use business contact data for advertising retargeting, credit decisions, employment screening, or any purpose unrelated to B2B sales pipeline execution.
4. Data Sources
TechySales sources business contact intelligence from the following inputs:
- BIGDBM identity graph: Our primary data partner, BIGDBM, maintains a privacy-compliant identity graph that aggregates business contact attributes from public records, professional directories, and carrier-level telco data. BIGDBM undergoes regular compliance audits and operates under documented data-use agreements with its upstream suppliers.
- Web intelligence: Publicly available signals — press releases, job postings, technology stack disclosures, funding announcements — that indicate buying intent or ICP qualification.
- Telco verification: Carrier-level lookups to confirm mobile number validity, line type (mobile vs. VOIP vs. landline), and TCPA-relevant consent status before any phone-based outreach.
- Our own pipeline history: Engagement signals (replies, forwards, out-of-office messages) from prior campaigns that inform suppression, timing, and sequence logic for future outreach.
5. CCPA / CPRA Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its amendment, the CPRA, grant California residents specific rights regarding personal information. Strictly speaking, the B2B exemption under CCPA Section 1798.145(n) applies to the business contact data we process — this data relates to individuals acting in a commercial capacity, not as consumers.
Nonetheless, TechySales honors CCPA/CPRA-style requests from any individual regardless of state of residence. You have the right to:
- Know what categories of personal information we hold about you and the purposes for which it is used.
- Delete your personal information from our systems and instruct downstream processors to do the same, subject to legitimate retention obligations (such as suppression list maintenance).
- Opt out of having your contact information included in outreach campaigns. Opt-outs are processed as permanent suppression records — not simply pauses.
- Correct inaccurate information we hold about you in our pipeline database.
To submit a request, email support@techysales.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and include your full name, employer, and the email address or phone number under which your record may be stored. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days. If the request requires additional time, we will notify you within the initial 45-day window.
6. CAN-SPAM Compliance
Every commercial email sent on behalf of TechySales or its clients through our pipeline includes a clearly labeled unsubscribe mechanism, a physical postal address, and an accurate "From" identity. We do not use deceptive subject lines or misleading sender headers.
Unsubscribe requests received through email campaigns are honored within 10 business days and added to our permanent suppression list. We do not charge for unsubscribe processing, and we do not require individuals to provide information beyond an email address to opt out.
All outreach is business-purpose only. We do not send promotional emails for consumer goods, entertainment, or any category outside our B2B sales mandate.
7. TCPA Compliance
The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) governs phone-based outreach, including SMS and auto-dialed calls to mobile numbers. TechySales operates a TCPA-compliant workflow for any phone outreach included in our pipeline services:
- Phone numbers are sourced exclusively from BIGDBM's carrier-verified dataset, which distinguishes mobile, VOIP, and landline numbers and flags TCPA-relevant consent status.
- Outreach to mobile numbers is conducted by live agents — not auto-dialers or pre-recorded messages — during permitted calling hours (8 a.m. to 9 p.m. recipient local time).
- Opt-out requests received during any phone interaction are processed immediately and result in permanent suppression of the phone number from all future campaigns.
- We maintain a documented internal Do-Not-Call list that is reconciled against the National DNC Registry at regular intervals.
8. Data Retention
TechySales retains data for the minimum period necessary to serve legitimate business and compliance purposes:
- Active pipeline records: Retained for the duration of the client engagement plus 24 months. After this period, records are purged from active systems unless a specific compliance hold applies.
- Suppression and opt-out lists: Retained indefinitely. Permanent suppression is the mechanism that prevents future outreach; deleting these records would defeat their purpose and expose suppressed individuals to renewed contact.
- Contact form submissions: Retained for 36 months from the date of submission, then deleted unless an active client relationship has been established.
Data subject to a deletion request is removed from active systems within 45 days. Suppression list entries are converted to hashed identifiers to honor the request while preserving the suppression function.
9. Third-Party Services
TechySales uses a small, vetted set of third-party services. Each has been reviewed for compatibility with our compliance posture:
- BIGDBM — primary data source. Operates under a data licensing agreement with TechySales. BIGDBM data is used for pipeline construction and is not shared externally beyond client CRM delivery.
- Web3Forms — processes contact form submissions from techysales.com. Web3Forms relays form data to our designated inbox and CRM. Their privacy policy is available at web3forms.com.
- Plausible Analytics — provides website traffic analytics. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track users across sites, does not collect IP addresses, and is certified GDPR-compliant. No personal data is shared with Plausible.
TechySales does not use advertising networks, social tracking pixels, or any analytics provider that ties individual behavior to persistent identifiers on our website.
10. Security
We apply the following controls to protect data throughout its lifecycle in our systems:
- Access controls: Pipeline databases and CRM exports are accessible only to TechySales staff with a direct operational need. Access is role-scoped and reviewed quarterly.
- Encrypted transmission: All data transfers — including CRM delivery to clients — use TLS 1.2 or higher. Exports are delivered via authenticated, expiring links rather than unencrypted email attachments.
- Data minimization: We request and retain only the fields necessary for each client's specific ICP and campaign scope. Surplus fields are excluded from delivery.
- Purpose limitation: Records sourced for a specific client engagement are not repurposed for other clients without a separate data agreement.
In the event of a data incident that affects personal information subject to applicable notification laws, TechySales will notify affected parties and relevant authorities within the legally required timeframes.

Section 2 of 2 Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the TechySales website (techysales.com) and any engagement of TechySales pipeline services. By accessing this site or entering into a services arrangement with TechySales, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using techysales.com — or by executing a Statement of Work or any other agreement for TechySales pipeline services — you ("Client" or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy above.
If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not have that authority, you must not use TechySales services.
Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms as they stand at the time of access. Passive browsing does not create a services contract — only an executed Statement of Work (SOW) establishes an active client relationship.
2. Services Description
TechySales provides outsourced B2B sales pipeline services to companies in the data, analytics, identity verification, and AI/ML sectors. Our core delivery stack includes:
- Data sourcing: constructing targeted prospect lists from BIGDBM and supplementary intelligence sources, filtered to each client's ICP specifications (industry, headcount, tech stack, buyer title, buying signals).
- Multi-layer verification: email deliverability validation, carrier-level phone verification, LinkedIn profile confirmation, and firmographic cross-referencing to reduce bounce and wasted outreach.
- AI lead scoring: applying our proprietary 0–100 scoring model to rank prospects by likelihood-to-convert, based on firmographic fit, engagement recency, and behavioral signals.
- Digital activation: executing coordinated multi-channel outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) with content tailored to each client's value proposition and the prospect's vertical.
- CRM delivery: routing warm, sales-ready responses directly into the client's CRM — pre-qualified, contextualized, and ready for a first business conversation.
The specific scope, deliverables, and success metrics for each engagement are defined in a separately executed Statement of Work.
3. Commercial Model
TechySales operates on a performance-based commercial model. Compensation is tied to closed-won revenue generated through TechySales pipeline activity — not to activity volume, contact counts, or meetings booked. There are no monthly retainers, no setup fees, and no charges for pipeline records that do not convert to closed business.
The specific performance metrics, attribution methodology, revenue share percentage, reporting cadence, and payment terms are defined in each client's Statement of Work. The SOW constitutes the complete and binding commercial agreement between TechySales and the client for that engagement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an executed SOW, the SOW governs for the specific engagement it covers.
TechySales reserves the right to decline prospective engagements that conflict with existing client exclusivities or that fall outside our vertical expertise.
4. Client Responsibilities
A successful pipeline engagement requires active participation from the client. You agree to:
- Provide accurate ICP requirements: furnish TechySales with complete, current, and accurate Ideal Customer Profile specifications — including target industries, company size ranges, geographic scope, excluded accounts, and desired buyer titles — at the outset of each campaign and update them when material changes occur.
- Maintain CRM access: ensure that the CRM integration established at engagement kickoff remains active and properly permissioned throughout the engagement. Notify TechySales promptly of any CRM migrations, credential changes, or permission revocations.
- Notify us of compliance changes: if your industry becomes subject to new outreach restrictions — updated telemarketing rules, sector-specific consent requirements, or changes in the regulatory environment for your product — notify TechySales in writing within 5 business days. We will pause relevant outreach pending review.
- Handle warm leads promptly: respond to CRM-delivered leads within the SLA defined in your SOW. TechySales is not responsible for pipeline performance degradation caused by slow or absent client follow-up.
5. Intellectual Property
TechySales proprietary assets: The pipeline methodology, AI lead-scoring model, outreach sequence frameworks, data sourcing playbooks, and proprietary workflows developed by TechySales are the exclusive intellectual property of TechySales. Nothing in any engagement agreement transfers ownership of these assets to the client. Clients receive the benefit of these assets during the engagement — not a license to replicate them.
Client data and CRM records: All data provided by the client — including CRM records, customer lists, proprietary product information, pricing, and brand assets — remains the exclusive property of the client. TechySales uses client data solely for the purpose of executing the agreed pipeline services. We do not repurpose, resell, or aggregate client data across engagements.
Website content: The content on techysales.com — including text, graphics, and the TechySales brand mark — is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
TechySales provides its services and website on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we invest heavily in data quality, verification, and pipeline precision, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, meeting volumes, or conversion rates — B2B sales involve variables (client responsiveness, market conditions, product-market fit) that are outside our control.
Exclusion of consequential damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechySales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption — arising from the use of or inability to use our services, even if TechySales has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Liability cap: TechySales's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to TechySales in the 90 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Where no fees have been paid (e.g., a website-only interaction), our maximum liability shall be $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved informally.
Before initiating formal proceedings, each party agrees to provide the other with written notice of the dispute and a 30-day good-faith negotiation period. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
8. Changes to These Terms
TechySales may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also provide additional notice for significant changes — for example, by emailing active clients.
Your continued use of techysales.com or TechySales services after an updated version of these Terms has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a revised version, you should discontinue use of the site and notify us in writing if you wish to terminate an active engagement.
We encourage clients and prospective clients to review this page periodically. The version dated above is the current operative version.
